What is Dyno
A dynamometer or "dyno" for short, is a device for measuring force, moment of force (torque), or power. For example, the power produced by an engine, motor or other rotating prime mover can be calculated by simultaneously measuring torque and rotational speed(RPM). We have a Land And Sea 24” roller inertia dyno. After any kind of modification, the driver will feel a difference. The said modification could have made a more torque at the cost of high RPM horsepower. And so one feels that the car has gotten faster. Once on the dyno, we can measure HP and torque with RPM. With that information we can see where the engine is making or loosing power. A simple 10 minute procedure lets us know if the money spent has actually gained any power or not. We will provide a graph for HP, torque and RPM at the end of the run. Our dyno can be rented out for tuning on an hourly basis. Please fill out the inquiry form and we will get back to you.
